Martha DeLong

Principal & Senior Consultant

Martha DeLong, co-owner, brings over 30 years of research experience, intellectual curiosity, problem solving skills, and communications expertise to every research project CDRI undertakes. The results are research studies that provide CDRI's clients with information they can use to make better decisions in a format designed to ensure they don't have to sift through dry or confusing research dissertations to find the answers to their questions.

All of these projects have been designed to help client organizations determine how best to design and market products or services by discovering underlying customer needs and motivations.

What does this mean for you?  It means that whether you are wrestling with phrasing a single survey question or are looking for the most insightful way to understand the concerns of customers on 5 continents across 18 different time zones, your best first step is to contact Martha today and begin a conversation about the information you seek and the best way to gain it.
